Reflection on Informative Tool

Defination
An informativen tool is any digital or non-digital resource that helps us collect, organize, store, and share information. Examples of informative tools include Google, databases, digital media, and even tools like Microsoft Word or Excel that help us record and manage data. These tools make it easier to find reliable information, keep records, and use knowledge effectively in our daily life and learning.

Understanding of informative tool
From this topic, I undestand that an informative tool is something that helps us to find, collect, organize, and share knowledge easily. It can be a computer program, a website, or any digital resource that supports learning and communication. Informative tools make it simple to access reliable knowledge from different sources. For example, we can use Google to search for information, Microsoft Word to write and organize our ideas, and PowerPoint to present our work. These tools help us to learn faster and make our work more creative and meaningful.

And aslo I understand that informative tools are very important in today’s world, especially in education. They make learning more active, interesting, and student-centered. By using them wisely, both teachers and students can save time, explore more ideas, and develop important skills like critical thinking and problem-solving. As well as information tool make it easier to get the right information and to share knowledge with others. Informative tools also help teachers to prepare lessons in a creative way and help students understand better. I learned that using these tools makes learning more effective and enjoyable.

How do you intergrate informative tools in classroom?
I would use informative tools like PowerPoint in my classroom to make my lessons more interesting and clear. For example, I can prepare one PowerPoint slide that includes pictures, short notes, or key points about the topic I am teaching. This will help my students to see and understand the lesson better instead of just listening. I can also use the internet to collect information and videos related to the topic and show them through the slide. Using a simple PPT makes learning more visual, interactive, and fun for the students.

For example, I made 1slide PPT on the topic different type of bird(བྱའི་རིགས) for class 3, subject: Dzongkha. In my slide, I added pictures of birds like rooster(བྱ་པོད།), hen(བྱམོ), eagle(ཁྱ་རྒོད), and sparrow(ནལ་གཟནམ), along with their names written in Dzongkha. I also used simple colors and clear fonts to make it easy for students to read.
During the class, I showed the slide using a projector and explained each bird in Dzongkha. I asked the students to repeat the names after me and identify the birds from the pictures. By using PowerPoint as an information tool, students could see the real images of birds, which helped them understand and  remember better . It also made the lesson more interesting and enjoyable for learners.
